Workforce outfitting, sorted

Gear up your workforce. Minus the hard work.

Spoke takes the complexity out of workwear and PPE. We understand the roles, curate the right gear, bring it to your crew, then make the next order easier.

The problem.

Workwear is easy to buy.
A workforce is hard to gear.

Different roles need different gear. People need the right sizes. Seasons move. Conditions change. Logos need to land in the right place. Deliveries need to arrive before the crew does.

Most suppliers hand you a catalogue and make those decisions your problem. Spoke does the opposite. We remove the complexity, make the decisions with you, and own the loop from first conversation to repeat order.

The solution.

A gearing-up system, not a product catalogue.

The operating system behind Spoke makes a complicated workforce simpler to understand, supply, and repeat.

  1. 01

    Understand your workforce

Roles, headcount, conditions, timing, and the friction in the current setup.

  2. 02

    Curate the gear

A considered range for each part of the crew. Fewer, better decisions.

  3. 03

    Fit it on site

Your people see, touch, try, and get the fit right where they work.

  4. 04

    Brand and deliver

Approved gear is branded, packed, and delivered to the right place at the right time.

  5. 05

    Make the next order easier

Keep the range consistent and reorder without starting the process again.

Built around people and roles

Not everybody in the crew needs the same kit.

We break a workforce into practical groups and gear each one for the role: permanent staff, seasonal teams, supervisors, packhouse, field crews, drivers, administration, and the combinations unique to your operation.

Headcount, working conditions, deadline, and product categories become a clear supply plan instead of a spreadsheet nobody wants to own.

What we cover

If the crew wears it, we have it covered.

We start with the work and build the range around it. That keeps choice useful, supply consistent, and waste down.

Workwear

Tees, polos, fleece, outerwear, wet-weather gear, and uniforms chosen for the job, not the catalogue page.

PPE

High-vis, safety gear, footwear, and role-specific protection matched to the conditions your people actually work in.

Footwear

Fit matters. We help crews get the right boot, gumboot, or shoe and make exchanges and replacements straightforward.

Branding

Embroidery and decoration handled as part of the supply process, so gear arrives ready for the team.

Custom solutions

When the standard product does not solve the problem, we develop, source, or adapt something that does.

Seasonal supply

A repeatable range and a simpler reorder path for permanent, seasonal, and changing workforces.

The Experience Van

The showroom comes to the workforce.

No trip to town. No stack of samples in the office. No sending thirty people to a website and hoping they choose the right thing.

We arrive with a selected range, fit the crew where they work, capture what each part of the workforce needs, and leave with decisions made.

Built in horticulture

We learnt this where the work is unforgiving.

Spoke grew up around New Zealand orchards, vineyards, and packhouses. Wet floors, cold starts, long harvests, seasonal headcount, and gear that gets properly used.

That field knowledge is still the foundation. The system is designed to travel to any operation with a workforce that needs to be geared up properly.

What drives us

Remove complexity. Eliminate waste. Own the outcome.

Remove complexity. If the buying process is hard, we redesign it.

Eliminate waste. Fewer wrong choices, fewer unnecessary products, fewer repeated decisions.

Own the outcome. The job is not done when a box ships. It is done when the workforce is sorted.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions.

Does the PPE and hi-vis you supply meet New Zealand safety standards?

Yes. We supply gear to meet all NZ safety standards, depending on your workplace requirements.

We run a seasonal or RSE crew, can you gear people up at short notice during harvest?

Yes, this is what the Experience Van is built for. Seasonal and RSE crews often arrive on tight timeframes, so we can fit a new intake on-site in one visit rather than waiting on individual online orders.

What size crew do you work with, and which regions do you cover?

We work with crews of all sizes across Hawke's Bay, Bay of Plenty, and Marlborough — there's no minimum headcount to get started.

How does pricing work, and is there a cost just to get a plan built?

There's no cost to talk. We build a supply plan once we understand your roles, headcount, and timing, then quote from there, so you're never guessing at a per-item catalogue price before you know what your crew actually needs.

What happens if gear doesn't fit, or people join or leave the crew partway through the season?

Exchanges and replacements are part of the same loop, not a separate process, and because we keep your approved range on file, adding or swapping people mid-season doesn't mean starting again.

Can you brand our gear with our logo?

Yes. Gear comes branded with your logo, colours and names where relevant, and we coordinate embroidery and print with our suppliers so everything arrives packed and ready per person.

How do I reorder once we're set up, and can I see what we're spending?

Once your account is set up, reordering is done through the Spoke portal, so you're not starting from scratch each time. You also get visibility over your spend and cost reporting, so there's no guesswork on what's been ordered or what it's costing.

Do we need to deal with multiple suppliers for different gear types?

No. Everything runs through one supplier and one invoice, whether it's PPE, workwear or branded gear, so there's no juggling separate orders or separate bills.

Ready to simplify it?

Tell us about your workforce.

Start with the roles, the headcount, the timing, or simply what is not working now. We will take it from there.
